Anyway, having had my fill of looking around shops, consuming a wonderful Berry Binge smoothie (blueberries, raspberries, cranberry juice & low-fat yogurt) [more fruit Mummy] and being unable to find an equivalent of Car Phone Warehouse – they were general electrical goods stores with a small section of ‘phones – the novelty had worn off and I went in search of Massey Hall. This is located on Shuter Street just east of Yonge.
This is the hallowed place where “All The World’s A Stage” was recorded. It is an unremarkable looking building but is said to have superb acoustics – enough for a couple of orchestras to make it their home. After walking all the way round it Spank insisted on “playing Massey Hall” so I had to oblige and let him out of my bag – photographic evidence provided.
